Wanderers Open Brand New Fan Shop
The Halifax Wanderers have announced a new storefront that is ‘just a kick away’ from Wanderers Grounds.
The Canadian Premier League side has officially moved its fan shop and corporate headquarters to 5566 Sackville Street, in the Andrew Cobb heritage building.
Fans hoping to take a gander at the new storefront can do so on Thursdays (3-8PM), Fridays (12-5PM), and Saturdays (10AM-3PM).
It is exciting for us to launch our new Fan Shop in such a historic building, located a mere goal

kick away from our home ground. We are so grateful to our fans for supporting us through the pandemic and we hope they enjoy this new space.
The club describes its new home as a prime location that slots in along the route from downtown to the Wanderers Grounds, with a CPL side – now a part of the Spring Garden Association – looking forward to helping other local businesses in the area with the increased foot traffic.

Spring Garden Road Executive Director Sue Uteck has already thrown in an emphatic ‘Come On You Wanderers!’, stating that the club has already brought plenty of energy and excitement into the community since arriving in 2019.
“We are thrilled the club is moving their Fan Shop into our Spring Garden community and we
look forward to them being here for a long, long time,” she said.
The club states that bringing the community together is a cornerstone to its identity, with spaces like Wanderers Grounds and the Video Difference building being chosen due to their importance to city history, with the club reimaging the spaces to support a modern-day Halifax.
The Halifax Wanderers will kick off the club’s fourth season away to York United on April 7, with the club’s first home match set for Saturday, April 30 against FC Edmonton. The team narrowly missed out on playoffs last season after having made a run to the CPL Final in 2020.

With much of the club’s core roster being retained – including 2021 CPL MVP Joao Morelli – the east coast side will be aiming to restore its playoff position this season, especially after having secured the services of number one transfer target Aidan Daniels.
